We developed an Augmented Reality experience designed to support attention and behavior regulation through movement, play, and real-world interaction. 🎮 Our project was inspired by the need for more accessible and engaging tools to support individuals with ADHD in practicing attention regulation and behavioral self-management outside of traditional clinical settings. We were especially interested in how AR could act as a bridge between therapy principles and everyday environments—transforming ordinary public spaces into interactive, embodied experiences that promote focus, physical activity, and fun.
